Adrian E. Ghenadenik
Prior to becomnig a senior consultant at IIBD, Mr. Ghenadenik was a Principal in the Forecasting and Opportunity Assessment practice of IMS Consulting, leading a team of more than 30 consultants on a worldwide basis in the areas of forecasting methodology, market assessment and forecasting training. During his tenure at IMS Consulting, from 2003-2008, Mr. Ghenadenik played a lead role in forecasting consulting, having managed assessments having a cumulative value of well over $100 billion – these projects included in-line brand forecasts, new product assessments, in-licensing opportunity evaluation and strategic life cycle management.
Prior to his tenure at IMS Consulting, Adrian Ghenadenik gained significant pharmaceutical and over-the-counter (OTC) product and brand management experience these leading divisions of Procter and Gamble to market dominance in Latin America. His responsibilities were ultimately increased to include North American brands.
Mr. Ghenadenik’s background also includes marketing experience in e-commerce, focusing on strategic marketing and global business planning.
